Take Forza 2 for a Test Drive
Demo coming to Xbox Live Marketplace ... at some point.
Forza Motorsport 2 is a lot of things to Microsoft. It's the company's first Xbox 360 driving simulation game, a key in-house release for the summer months, and it's even been touted as a vehicle for Microsoft's much-ballyhooed Live Anywhere. There's one more thing it will soon be - a demo.
Microsoft said this week that it's putting together an online taster for its long-in-the-coming driving game. There's no specific date mentioned yet for when it'll arrive, but Microsoft says it will divulge that morsel in the "coming weeks".
The game may have missed its original Christmas 2006 release date by some months, but that's not dampening enthusiasm. Microsoft says pre-orders are "on pace to double the original Forza Motorsport".
