Brothers In Arms Embraces Wii, DS
Proof that no system is safe from the horrors of World War II.
Popular World War II shooter series Brothers In Arms is bringing its military hijinks to both of Nintendo's hot platforms later this year.
First we have Brothers In Arms: Double Time for the Wii, which brings together 31 missions based on the exploits of Sergeants Matt Baker and Joe Hartsock at the Normandy invasion (as see in Road to Hill 30 and Earned in Blood). The game has been rejigged to make full use of the Wii remote, which you'll use to kill the nasty Nazis and give orders to your men in the field.
Brothers In Arms DS is a little different in that its 16 missions have been designed specifically for the portable. Like Metroid Prime Hunters, you use the stylus to guide the camera. Because that's likely to be a little fiddly, the developers have added auto-hiding and automatic health recovery to your repertoire.
Brothers In Arms DS will be out this summer already, with Brothers In Arms: Double Time to follow later this autumn.
