Spider-Man 3 Cast Confirmed for Game
Spidey, Venom, Sandman and more will sound just right.
This summer sees Tobey Maguire don the web-head's curve-hugging suit for the third Spider-Man movie. Maguire won't stop there, though. He and the rest of the movie's cast have also signed on for the game, which comes out around the same time.
Maguire reprises his roles as Peter Parker and Spidey in Activision's multiplatform Spider-Man 3 game, due in stores this May around the film's release on 4 May.
Joining Maguire are the main actors from the movie, including Topher Grace as Venom, Thomas Haden Church as Sandman and James Franco as Harry Osborn, the New Goblin.
Activision's Rob Kostich told the Hollywood Reporter that the game goes well beyond the movie's storyline and includes stand-offs with other Spider-Man villains such as Scorpion and Lizard. He said the movie's plot was just one of 10 that will be included in the game.
Spider-Man 3 will be out on all current platforms this May.
