C&C3 Caught in Spider-Man's Web
Another week on top for the wallcrawler.
Spidey is tops at the movie box office and he's doing just as well in the games world, heading the software chart for the second time in as many weeks.
Sales of the PlayStation 2 version for Spider-Man 3 of the game are way up, after trailing the Xbox 360 last week. Microsoft's console, meanwhile, welcomed another member to the fray, in the form of the console edition of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.
When not buying hardcore games, some Britons were going casual. A full quarter of the Top 20 is populated by mainstream-targeted games. Wii Play leads that particular pack again, and surging this week is 505 Games' culinary adventure Cooking Mama, which recently added a Wii edition to complement the DS version out last year.
