Shadowrun Demo on Live
No need to pay full price to try it out.
Microsoft's latest shooter, Shadowrun, is in stores already, but you don't have the drop the cash right away if you just want to taste the Xbox 360 version of the game.
On Thursday, Microsoft put up a new demo of the game on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The 1.07 GB download will give you a taste of this once-RPG-now-shooter experience.
Shadowrun was developed by MechAssault and Crimson Skies developer FASA Studios. It is Microsoft's first cross-platform game and allows both PC and Xbox 360 owners to play against each other over Live. The games touches its RPG roots by supplementing the usual run-and-gun gameplay with magical abilities.
