Bethesda Collects Oblivion Games
No broadband? No problem.
American developer Bethesda has drawn critical acclaim and chart success with its massively singleplayer RPG Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. But because there are a lot of new console owners who haven't tasted what the game has to offer, the company has brought all the released content for a new edition.
Dubbed Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition, the new game brings together not only the original Oblivion, released in 2006 on Xbox 360 and PC and earlier this year on PS3, but also the later downloadable content Knights of the Nine and the recently released expansion pack Shivering Isles, which added another 30-or-so hours of gameplay to what is already a massive RPG.
Bethesda hasn't commented on whether the game has been enhanced in any way.
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition will be out for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September.
