Harry Rules UK as Ninja Gaiden Slips In
Tecmo's violent good-looker barely cracks the chart.
Tecmo's hard-as-nails action game Ninja Gaiden: Sigma is the lone new entry on the charts - and near the bottom of the Top 20 at that - in a week that saw Wii games, Brain Training and movie games stay at the front.
The rest of the Top 20 is made up of mostly the same games as the week before. No surprise to see Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix on top, pushed along by the opening of the movie on 12 July. Expect one more week on top for the wizard, at least.
Notable is More Brain Training, the Nicole Kidman promoted sequel to Dr Kawashima's Brain Training, which is doing even better than its forebear. It climbed to No. 2 this week, outdoing the best position the previous game managed? But will More Brain Training still be on the charts in a year? We'll see.
The Top 20 games for the week ending 7 July, as determined by Chart Track, are below:
- Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix (EA)
- More Brain Training From Dr Kawashima (Nintendo)

- The Darkness (2K Games)
