Puzzle Quest Slots into Wii, PS2
More platforms for the popular puzzler-slash-RPG.
Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords' whirlwind tour of the gaming landscape continues with news of four more platforms being added to the unique game's repertoire.
The game started out life on the PSP and the DS and will soon be sneaking on to the Xbox 360's Live Arcade. Publisher D3 has revealed this week that Puzzle Quest is next headed to Wii, PlayStation 2, PC and mobile phones.
The move comes with growing attention being given to the singular puzzler, which blends Bejewelled-esque mechanics with the staples of magical role-playing games, allowing players to take on quests and help to rescue the world of Etheria from dastardly villain Lord Bane.
Puzzle Quest is in stores now for PSP and DS. It will be out for Wii, PC and PS2 this autumn and early next year on mobile phones.
