Sega Bass Fishing Flops Onto the Wii
Use the Wii remote to reel in the big one next year.
While there's an undeniable charm to the rituals that go along with the early morning fishing trip, Sega is out to prove (again) that you can have just as much fun indoors, with its new game, Sega Bass Fishing, coming only to the Wii.
The Wii, of course, is all about interactivity and to reel in the big ones you're going to have to get physical. You'll use the Wii remote and nunchuck to cast your line and, once you've hooked a fish, bring him in.
The game has four different modes, letting you jump straight in in Arcade mode or take a more relaxed outing to one of the 15 locations in Nature Trip mode. There are more than 20 types of lures and four types of bass to catch.
Sega has not yet decided on a release date yet but the game is expected in the first half of 2008.
