Devil May Cry 4 Marked for Winter
Capcom says when you can expect its big game to hit.
As part of a bevy of announcements this week, Capcom has spoken about how things are coming along with the next game in the Devil May Cry series.
The company has confirmed that Devil May Cry 4 will be coming to both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in February in the US. European representatives for the company did not respond to e-mails, but given Capcom's release history, it's fair to assume that the game won't be out here much later.
Devil May Cry 4 marks the debut of the series on the new consoles. It was first touted as a PlayStation 3 exclusive, at least until March, when Capcom said that in order to reach as big an audience as possible, it would be releasing the game on Xbox 360 too.
The game is already drawing positive buzz after appearances at various trade shows over the past year or so. Lead character Dante is joined this time by Nero, a young man who wields the Doom Bringer arm, giving him supernatural powers.
You'll play as both characters in a story that Capcom says blurs the lines between good and evil.
