BioShock to Gain New Powers This Week
PC patch and Xbox 360 DLC coming soon.
This summer's critical darling BioShock will soon have even more depth thanks to a new game update coming later this week.
Publisher 2K Games said on its Cult Of Rapture site on Friday that the next batch of downloadable content for the Xbox 360 horror-shooter will be out sometime this week.
Exact details will be laid out when the content arrives, but the download will include new plasmids - powers that can be used during the main game - and more Achievement points too.
The new content will also be made available to PC owners as part of a more comprehensive patch that fixes some of the technical problems that people have been having with the game.
BioShock was released on PC and Xbox 360 over the summer and quickly soaked up positive press and topped sales charts around the world.
