Online Play Revamped in VF5 Patch

In its latest press release for Virtua Fighter 5 Sega touts it as "the perfect fighting game". In our full review of Virtua Fighter 5 for PS3 we came away thinking along similar lines, speculating that the Xbox 360 version would be better still. And yet the company has found some ways to improve the game.
A new patch available for download now on Xbox 360 brings several new features to Virtua Fighter 5.
In addition to general bug fixes, Sega also has included new items for all characters, the ability to save replays of online matches, and a revamped rematch system. Some characters will also be able to swap pants between outfits.
Virtua Fighter 5 was released on the PlayStation 3 in early 2007. The game made its way to Xbox 360 later in the year, adding online play and updating the game to match the latest arcade version in the process.
