EA Has Mass Effect on PC
Last year's Xbox 360 RPG is exclusive no more.
RPG powerhouse BioWare was recently absorbed into publishing giant EA. Now EA is getting ready to start putting the deal to work, announcing that it will be releasing last year's Xbox 360 hit Mass Effect on PC.
The PC version of Mass Effect expands on the experience that won so many awards on the Xbox 360 last year with new features that address some of the issues critics had with the game.
There will be new controls designed around the PC, a new decryption minigame, and a heavier emphasis on action in this new version of the game.
Mass Effect was released on Xbox 360 in November. It was lauded for its deep storyline and branching dialogue offering players different ways to experience the game.
The PC version of Mass Effect for the PC is due in May.
