PlayStation Store Getting New Look in April
Just one of many PS3 upgrades due in the coming months.
The updates that have poured into the PlayStation Store so regularly over the past few months will be put on hold this week and next, as Sony takes time off to spruce up its digital marketplace.
The newly revamped PlayStation Store will launch in mid-April, Sony said on Monday.
The changes are the result of a canvass of PlayStation 3 owners in PAL territories and "will deliver a hugely improved navigation system, much greater scope for categorisation and a dynamic new user interface", according to the company.
What can PlayStation 3 owners expect to see when the store comes back online? The work will be most visible on the front-end of the store, which is new less cluttered and easier to navigate.
