Sonic Heroes: Video Unveils New Levels
Yet more Sonic Heroes video love, this time showing off a fantastic rendered sequence that hints at previously unseen levels.
Following our TGS Sonic Heroes report, which revealed that later levels in the game might blow fans away, we're pleased to present new video footage that hints at why this might be the case.
The first video is a brand new rendered CGI sequence, likely to make its way into the game as some kind of rolling introduction. It shows all four teams racing around the encironments based on the actual levels in the game, showing off their different abilities and, straightforwardly, how they can be used against obstacles during the game. The video also shows off what to expect from some as yet unseen levels for the first time.
The second video is a higher quality version of the video we posted in August, which is more direct feed gameplay, but since you might find other sites labeling the video as 'new' at the moment we though we'd bring it to your attention again with a higher bitrate. Still essential viewing of course...
Sonic Heroes is released in Japan on December 18, with North American and European releases expected around the same date and certainly before Christmas. For 26 new TGS screenshots, read our TGS report.
